"I can’t say enough nice things about this property. From the moment I booked their team was in contact with wonderful detailed instructions. When I had a question they answered right away. The washer and dryer are shared between the two apartments, I did not think to look for them in the hall. When I asked about them the host answered right away and the following day the very sweet cleaner came by to give me lots of soap as well as offered to show me how to use the machines. "Clean room, good breakfast, and friendly staff. There are no washcloths or toiletries like you would expect at an American Hotel. You can purchase these items around the corner at a local market or store. Room cleaned every 2 days. Stayed 9 nights. Continental Breakfast served daily between 7-10 am. There are several restaurants within walking distance. KFC is about a 10 minute walk. There is an elevator. ATM, MoneyGram, Western Union, several banks and places to exchange money nearby. I paid 25 euros from Tirana Airport to the hotel. There is a kettle, small refrigerator, desk, chair, and black out curtains. There is a water dispenser in the lobby. Bed is comfortable. "
