"The room was very clean, no odor, bed and pillows were comfy. Staff were accommodating and kind. The bistro/restaurant has AMAZING food. I mean really, really tasty food. Honestly, I have NO idea why people would complain about this hotel. It is a historic hotel and almost 200 years old. I think you'd have to be a half-brained nitwit to expect it to be modern looking inside. As for the ghosts....I didn't get to see or hear any while we visited. I stayed in Rm 207. I would definitely stay here again."

"This cabin is a perfect weekend get-a-way! The host was extremely communicative and helpful. The home was spacious, clean and a perfect spot to get away from it all. The property is wooded with walking trails where our dogs had a blast!! Quiet and secluded - yet a short drive to anything you need. We can't wait to book again :)"
