"The staff at Hotel Ruze were more than accomodating and kind. My partner uses a wheelchair and we were assisted every step of the way. And there were a lot of steps! Things that would have been helpful to know: the spa is downstairs, two sets of stairs. It’s gorgeous. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The Thai massages were excellent. "Reaching the parking was tough. Very narrow roads. The room had lots of dust, which was irritating my eyes and throat constantly. It was really hot and stuffy. A portable fan was there but it was not enough for that kind of heat. Bathroom door does not close. The property was poorly lit. Receptionist was not helpful at all. She did nothing to make our stay comfortable. I asked If there was a fan, to which she replied she does not know. I later asked if the tap water was drinkable via message...
