Welcome to a little heavenly piece of gorgeous North Idaho! This beautiful spacious waterfront 2900 spft home has amazing views of the Pend Oreille River from almost every room in the house! The home is also very family friendly with 4 bedrooms (including bunkroom), 2 bathrooms, open living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a bonus family room downstairs with sleep sofa for extra guests.

NOTE: peak season July/most of August- 7 night minimum, please book Sunday-Sunday. Thank you so much ;)

Bring your toys and get ready to play since this water front property has two boat lifts and a jet ski lift to accommodate your wonderful toys. Boat to Sandpoint and checkout the lake or stay and boat in the river all day (such a large water way to checkout, you'll never get bored).
Or if you need to work while you play we now have great wifi through starlink!
This home is situated on just over 100ft of water frontage, with large beach area (extra fresh sand just add June 2024) w/ grass area, and fire pit. This place is perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, water-skiing, wakeboard or just relaxing on the beach :) It is also located just off a quiet private forest lined paved road beside other beautiful homes …it’s perfect for jogging, family bike rides, and morning/evening walks. Plus, we also provide 5 kayaks to enjoy, come play on the water!!!
The town of Priest River is located 2 miles away, and offers all the amenities including golfing, shopping, great restaurants, and cute coffee shops. Beautiful Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille is about a 30 min drive or 30 minute boat ride away along the gorgeous Pond Oreille river. This place is full of fun activities, great shopping, and excellent dining as well. Plus, several boat up restaurants along the way. Priest Lake you'll find about 40 minutes north with its hundreds of miles of mountain biking, hiking, and exceptional groomed snowmobiling trail, such a great place to go explore. In addition, Silverwood Amusement Park and Boulder Beach water park are just 35 minutes south…it makes for a great all-day adventure with its many world-class roller coasters, rides, and water slides :) Plus, don't forget the renown Coeur D' Alene just 40 miles south as well. Schweitzer Ski area, near Sandpoint has awesome snowboarding and skiing just a short 40 minute drive away too. In the summer the ski resort has so many activities for the family and free chair lift rides :)This home is the perfect summer or winter paradise, full of awesome outdoor fun! So many options to checkout and explore in any direction!

NOTE: As you can see from photos you must walk up and down to the water and there’s also a similar slope for the driveway. Warning not suited for elderly or handicapped. That being said it’s no trouble for the average person. I walk up and down 20x in the evenings to burn of my vacation calories :)

Great owners. Had a wonderful time. Kids loved all the toys. Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Beach was amazing and the boat and jet ski lifts worked great for our boat and 2 jet ski's. Having kayaks available was an added bonus. House was beautiful and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property!

We have been looking for the perfect cabin for our family - one that we can come back to year after year, and we found it here! The cabin is spacious, gorgeous, and comfortable. The beach area and dock are perfect for boating and swimming, and the location is perfect ... far enough from busy Sandpoint to be quiet, but close enough to Priest River for amenities. Highly recommend!

We had the best time and the house was perfect for what we needed. It fit all 12 of us perfectly and had plenty of room with all the amenities, it even had all the things we needed to play in the water and for my 1 year old, including a pack and play, baby gate and seat for the table! From making the reservation to communication with owner this was extremely smooth. The location as well as the home itself is set up for a relaxing time and for connecting with family and friends. For us the holidays always seem to busy to have quality time with family, this affords us that in multiple aspects. Kayaking, swimming, bonfires and a short drive to Silverwood Amusement Park! Great stay!

We try to find a new place to stay on a lake in northern Idaho every summer. My family consists of 13 children and adults. It’s getting harder to find a home big enough. This house had plenty of room and was well stocked. The lake was warm and we played in it all week! Melissa was fantastic to work with! Thank you! We love Northern Idaho!!

Clean and ready to go. Driveway definitely not great but that is covered in the description. Lots of parking up along the road. Dead end road so no concerns leaving vehicles up top. Only 1 fridge that isn’t too big, so a bit tight for a big group with lots of groceries. Clean and nice. Would certainly book again.

This is a fantastic lake house. While technically on the Pend Oreille River, it really feels like a lake. Dock is as good as it looks - perfect for swimming and fishing. I caught several smallmouth bass from the shore. Gets sun all day, but shade in the grass behind it, so a perfect combo. The kayaks were an unexpected benefit and heavily used. Wonderful views from the deck on the home, to have coffee in the morning or enjoy meals with the family. Home is very clean and one of the best-equipped rentals in our experience. We wished we could stay longer. Enjoy!

This place was awesome! We were looking for a place on the water close to Spokane and this was the one. A big dock, kayaks to use, a shore station for your boat and jet ski (boat launch 2 miles east of property), lots of chairs, a fire pit, and one of the most underrated parts, shade in the grassy area during the heat of the day. No need for a pop up or sun shade. Our stay here was our favorite so far as a family. The whole process was easy and fun. We fished, kayaked, tubbed, floated, had a bon fire, ate s’mores, watched movies (more than 300 provided) and watched nature. We saw many Eagles, Osprey and other wildlife while we were here. The location is two miles up from a dam so not much traffic during the week on the river. Additionally, there are two fridges on the property with one in the garage. Making it possible to refrigerate all of our food rather than have some coolers of ice. WiFi was also great as it worked even down at the dock. The only drawback if any is the driveway. It is very steep and only allows for two cars to be parked on it. It is rather difficult to go down the driveway with your items, but a cart is provided to help with this. There is also additional parking above the property for a truck and trailer and space for a few other cars. Overall however, our stay was peaceful, scenic, and beautiful. This is a place where we made a lifetime of memories. The family already wants to go back. This home is what summer in the PNW is all about!

Stayed for a magical week with family & friends - we surely didn’t want to leave. Owner was easy to work with and VERY accommodating and booking process was easy. The house is VERY BEAUTIFUL (pictures don’t do it justice) and in a great location In Beautiful N. Idaho VERY close to Priest River Town. House located in quiet neighborhood, very private, great kitchen and deck with gas grill provided, and layout worked perfect with 2 “adult bedrooms” upstairs and the 2 “kids bedrooms” downstairs (bunk bed room & extra bedroom and toys and their own bathroom). House also had LOTS of great movies provided and we loved that there was no WiFi so we could truly get away and disconnect :) The house is right on the water with a great dock (and 2 boat & 2 Jet Ski lifts), 4 kayaks provided to use (which we all loved having), a great sandy beach with a grassy area for the kids to play, a great swimming area, a fire pit (and SMORE’s that we’re left for us by owners as a nice surprise), and lots of wildlife that kept us company (Hummingbirds visited daily and LOTS of Eagles that flew over head often and liked to dive for fish in the water right out in front of the dock). With the pandemic, we did bring a few extra supplies for our larger group of 8 (TP, paper towels, disinfectant wipes, etc.) just in case - it worked out great! The driveway and path to the water are a little steep as described, but we loved the Cardio workout and daily exercise :) It was our 1st time to Priest River Area - it is a great area for hiking & exploring and river is perfect for swimming & fishing & boating of any kind. Location was perfect for our group: we were about 45 min from Silverwood, 35 minutes from Sandpoint, Boat launch is about 3 miles away, and town has a GREAT restaurant called The Settlement (also right in town about 3 miles away) It had GREAT atmosphere, friendly service, and great food & local beers - best things was that we were able to bring our kids. We recommend the “Fish Tacos” & the “Mature Mac & Cheese” - have to go at least once during your stay... :) We will be returning again in future - a great vacation that was well worth the money & we highly recommend! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home :)

This was our third year staying at this beautiful property. Our kids summarized our stay as, "Our favorite cabin, on our favorite river, with our favorite people." It was the relaxing, fun-filled family time that we needed. It doesn't get any better than watching the bald eagles fishing on the river, with plenty of sunshine and boating fun. There was a small maintenance issue when we arrived, but the owners were very responsive and sent someone to fix it right away. We appreciate their communication and responsiveness. We look forward to returning with our family in the future!

The location of the property is perfect for boating on the river and the fishing was great right off the dock. The walk down to the lake and the driveway are steep but we knew that going in and the property owner was very helpful. We had a great time and made some great memories!

Overall we loved the house. At times having only two bathrooms was a challenge with 10 people. The stairs from the front door to the living room might present a problem for older people having reduced mobility. Also the trek up and down the hill, which is covered with gravel, to the dock is quite the workout. We all enjoyed the additional exercise. We loved the large square table in the eating area. We played many a card game there in addition to board games. Many laughs were had. There is an abundant supply of movies. However we were more interested in skiing, tubing and just hanging on the dock. And the kayaks were also used on a daily basis. Thanks for the wagon to transport all of our belongings from the car to the house. Big plus. For people bringing boats there is a very nice boat launch two miles east of the house on the north side of the river in Priest River. There is trailer parking at the house at the top of the driveway next to the road. Thanks for all of the beach towels. They were used daily for swimming from the dock to drying off on the boat after skiing and tubing. The grill was very nice. Used often. Kitchen was large and the countertop was great for making homemade pizzas and a taco bar. We had a great time!!!

Great location. Quiet. The water access was so amazing to have. We all had such a great time and owners were so accessible. (I didn't need them for anything at all but I knew if I had needed them they would have gotten back to me right away. Our family enjoyed another great time in the Lake Pend Arlene -Priest River area. Always great fishing & relaxing environment surrounded by nature. Enjoyed watching all the Bald Eagles catching fish , the duck families nesting on the shoreline for the night, enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck to find deer grazing in the back yard. House had all the comforts of home , was very clean,& hosts were kind & always promptly responded. Can’t wait to return .
