"Rooms were clean, nice amenities and very nice ocean view. Large living and gathering rooms. Loved the pool table room! Towel service excellent. Only issue is no outdoor cooking grill, left side of oven not working and two shower heads had to be reinstalled. Also need to have a broom or working vacuum cleaner to clean the floors. Overall a nice property in a nice area!! Would rent again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming here for years but the price has nearly doubled since we started staying here with not much change to justify. It’s almost like the price just goes up because it can, without concern for the loyal customers because once they get choked someone else will step in and pay whatever. Middle class families are soon to be priced out of their traditions, this is sad."

"This stay was perfect for our little family... GREAT location, so simple and peaceful- just right! I appreciate being able to have pool access with a little one and short walks to the beach and playground. My only feedback is that the location/view is so pleasant that I would have loved the palms around the oceanfront porch trimmed back enough to see more of that lovely ocean!"

"We had no problem with the house…beautiful, extremely clean and large for 5 people.The problem was getting in the house. After 5 hours in the car to get there, the key did not unlock any door.I called the after hours…it was 4:30…number and after a second call, the girl Becca who checked us in answered. I told her that we could not get in the house. She said they had not had any problems with the key or lock. She said she would call someone and have them to let us in. An hour went by, and no one. My 93 year old mother was sitting in a car with the temperature outside in the 90’s. Not acceptable.Finally a very nice guy came and said he did not know why she told me that, that they had so many complaints, that the owner had been asked to buy a new lock, but his response had been, he would have his son fix it. That had been before our stay. It obviously was not fixed. You also could not get the key out of the lock once you got it to go in the lock.We never could get the house locked the week we were there. Always had to have someone stay there if we all went out. Also, be prepared to get your exercise as you will go up and down a lot of steps. I liked that part…I got my workout in every day. Aside from not being able to get in the house, the house itself could not have been nicer. Wonderful linens, fully stocked kitchen, and two wonderful screen porches."
