The staff was very helpful. The hotel is clean, and very handy to the train station, where we went in the morning. They let us leave our car in the overflow parking lot while we have come to Prince Rupert. The complimentary continental breakfast was good.

I like the fact that the property is in the centre of downtown where I can take care of my business or medical needs. There are reasonable parking options, tidy rooms, hot breakfast is available and the staff are all very helpful. I have stayed at this property several times over the last several years and will continue to do so as long as they keep up their standards.
