"The hotel is very pretty and charming and in an amazing location along the waterfront. I was really looking forward to staying here. However, to my disappointment, I didn't have a great experience. There seems to be little soundproofing between floors. There was a lot of commotion above me to the point that I thought they were remodeling. But, what made my experience just bad was that sometime between 3-3:30am I was awoken out of a sound sleep to large banging that literally shook the walls of my room to the point that I called the front desk. However my room phone didn't work and had to use my cell phone. The night desk attendant was very kind and I appreciated that he looked into it. It's a mystery what it was. Early in the morning, I could hear running foot steps above me. Just strange for a large hotel to have this issue. While the late night front desk attendant was excellent, the reason I gave the 3 star for staff was the check-in attendant that I had wasn't friendly or welcoming. He just waved me over. If I didn't initiate the greeting, I'm not sure he would have said hello to me. He didn't tell me anything about the hotel, amenities, restaurant, etc. The other attendant that was helping a couple check-in was telling them all kinds of things and seemed super friendly. It's a beautiful hotel and I don't really understand why the hotel has the issues that I experienced. When I checked out, the attendant was friendly, however she didn't ask how my stay was, so here it is."

"Rooms are very run down and old. Ants in the bathroom. Shower was in bad shape either dirty or cracks. Tv was staticy. Pillows were essentially throw pillows not even full size pillows. Very thin walls can hear outside conversations crystal clear. "

"The bathroom in the room is substandard and can not control water temp. The air condition can not be control and it does not work. Breakfast is horrible. The overall look of the hotel is more like a motel. The price was extremely high for what i got. I thought because the price i would get a very nice accomodation but i was very wrong."

"Could not check in, trash littered both outside and within. Cracks and grime covered the dilapidated home. Keypad on the door was broken and the owner did not respond to emails nor calls. We waited outside for about an hour without correspondence until we were notified by a pedestrian that the owner was sitting next to us in a red tesla. Upon seeing us approach he sped away. I wish for a refund and that this faux listing be taken down."

"Stayed here with online friends to meet up for the first time for a convention event, was an absolutely lovely stay, made lots of memories, absolutely no complaints. Would 100% stay at this property again. Thank you for having us!"
