"We checked in with Carlos, which was helpful since we arrived late at night. However, Carlos didn’t seem to know too much about the surrounding area, as we asked questions, where to eat, local beaches, etc. also we tried contacting him several times about, door handle falling off, no shower control knob and Nespresso machine didn’t work, but we received no answer. "
