The view is fantastic! The property is convenient to do things in the Princeville and Hanalei area. The property owner was very responsive to my questions. They provided recommendations for things to do and for restaurants.

Paradise Oceanfront Getaway

Fantastic ocean views from every sparkling clean, delightfully appointed room. Great balcony from which to enjoy the ocean over a glass of wine with albatrosses, frigatebirds and tropicbirds soaring across the spectacular panorama. You will find everything you could possibly need from toiletries to beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen to laundry supplies. The friendly, welcoming owners also provide super helpful information about local activities, restaurants, and anything you could possibly want to know to maximize your time on Kauai. A gem of a spot with wonderful hosts.

The trip was amazing!

Truly enjoyed our time on KAUAI. Alan & Vickie were very helpful and had great suggestions for places to see and visit. The views were amazing from every room and would highly recommend this location to everyone.

Exceeded expectations

This property was well maintained, clean, well-equipped and had all the gear we needed to hit the beach and snorkel. The view is outstanding and the location is convenient to multiple beach experiences, hiking, restaurants, shops, activities and unbelievable scenery ! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Kauai near Princeville

This place is amazing. It has an incredible/balcony that is ideal for watching and hearing the ocean rolling in. We saw Humpback whales right from there nearly everyday of our stay. A well thought out and comfortable space for our family group or 4 adults.

Beautiful Property & Views

One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. Unit was more beautiful than the pictures and the location cannot be beat. You are close to the grocery store, food trucks, hiking, farmers markets and restaurants. Everything you hope your vacation rental will be- communicative host, extremely clean property, well stocked kitchen and a view that will keep you mesmerized. The home is so well stocked you could easily stay here a month or longer. We took Alan's advise, got some great local seafood and ate most of our meals on the deck watching the waves! So many little touches made this an excellent stay, cannot wait to be back. Thank you both!

Holly’s Kauai Condo

Magnificent location, views and host

Alan and Vicky were the most amazing hosts. I can’t say enough good things. They were so responsive, helpful and gracious. The apartment is incredible and the view so peaceful. I would stay there 1000x over. You must book!

Great place to stay

The property is in an upscale, quiet community and, as advertised, overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and beaches just minutes away. The area is very quiet and everyone seems to be in bed by 9 PM! We spent a day at the beach and found that snorkeling gear and beach chairs were included with the condo. It doesn't have a/c but with the windows kept open and the trade windows providing a constant breeze, no a/c is needed. Again, this is a great place and we don't have anything negative to say at all.

Best View in Princeville

Easy access to spectacular ocean views in a lovely condo. We would highly recommend this particular property and Owner. Previously we stayed in Poipu, and because of weather conditions it turned out the beaches close to us were the best on the island. This is a very large property, but this particular unit is somewhat unique, and both bedrooms provide stunning ocean views. Simply Marvelous!

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect and the views are incredible. To top it off, the owners are incredible! Any question we had was answered quickly and with a wealth of related information that made our stay even better. Good view and space for family

The space meet our expectations for sure. The view and space for a family of 5 was just right. We arrived in the dark and it was raining so it was a bit tricky finding it. Google had the address on the wrong side of the street. Otherwise. Great Time!

So hard to leave

What a fabulous vacation experience spending a relaxing week in Alan and Vickie’s very comfortable and well equipped condo. Alan was extremely helpful with suggestions of what to do tailored toward our interests. We took many wonderful hikes from the condo as per his detailed directions. The highlight was the condo’s premo location perched on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. We were mesmerized by the whale activity and the bird life as well as the lush plantings throughout the north shore. Highly recommend staying here and have plans to return.

Paradise for Spring Break

We took the family here for Spring Break and it was amazing. My partner had to work each day and the wifi was worked well and she got to work with an amazing view. Some of the days were hot and muggy so electric fans were needed (probably could have benefitted from stronger box fans), but otherwise we were incredibly comfortable. We made use of the laundry regularly and we utilized the pool in addition to the beach towels and boogie boards when we went to the beach. An all around great experience. Thank you!

Beautiful, Relaxing Bit of Paradise

This place deserves its stellar reviews. It is everything folks list and more! The owners clearly love this property. They've made a lot of upgrades (like the stove!) and you can feel their warmth in the condo. It's full of intentional details that make you feel welcomed the moment you step inside. I cannot rate this place highly enough. My parents (both 72) also loved it. We spent a lot of time sitting outside and watching the whales, turtles, and waves. 10/10. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to with great view

This was the second time that we have stayed at this condo. And it was even better than the first visit. We stayed with another couple and the condo was perfect. We took advantage of several of the conveniences that the Holly's have included. We used the ice chest, the beach chairs, the binoculars, the snorkel gear, just to name a few. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The views are wonderful. It was a little warmer that our last visit, but we still had no need of air conditioning. We used the BBQ grill that was just outside the front door and it was also clean and operated as it was suppose to. There are so many things to see and do near the condo. We love Anini beach and it is so convenient from the condo. It was a pain getting to Hanalei so until they get the road repaired be prepared to sit in traffic if you make the trip to Tunnels or Ke'e beach (if you can). We also tried Hideaway Pizza and it was not only close but had excellent pizza and great views. Overall we loved our stay and are already making plans for another visit in the future.

Absolutely perfect!

We originally booked this property for Summer 2020, but had to change our plans, of course. I think we ended up changing dates three times, and our hosts were so accommodating and absolutely wonderful to communicate with. They also sent regular updates keeping us apprised of changes to Hawaii’s travel restrictions and all went smoothly. Check-in is a breeze and the condo is clean, comfortable, and extremely well-appointed. We had plenty of supplies (soap, detergent, paper products) to get us through the week, and they also provide plenty of beach towels and toys – our children especially enjoyed the boogie boards. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It is clear a lot of thought and care has gone into anticipating guests' needs. Of course, the view is what sets this condo apart – it is stunning! We ended every day sitting on the lanai, enjoying the ocean breezes, and soaking up the view. You are spoiled with this place, because each bedroom has a panoramic ocean view as well, so you can enjoy it no matter what room you’re in. My husband and I are both teachers and a week here was exactly what we needed to unwind from a very challenging school year. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next opportunity to be back!

Better Than We Imagined

Oh where do we begin?!?! Everything about our stay here was more than we could have ever imagined. Starting from the booking process all the way to checking out was the best experience we have had with renting. Communication: Alan went above and beyond in this area. Anytime we had a question or concern we would get a response almost immediately from him. The recommendations and suggestions of where to eat and what to do were spot on! We will have to come back to finish up what we did not experience. The unit: what you see is what you get but even better in person. Very spacious, comfy and CLEAN (which is VERY important to us.) There were five of us and my sister slept on the sofa bed which wasn’t bad at all. Better than most. The lanai of course was thee best part! We had to peel ourselves off of it in order to go explore the island. Being there in January we saw whales in the distance literally every single day whether they were breaching or just spouting. So cool! The area: Just beautiful. The drive from the airport was about 40 minutes or so depending upon the time of day but pretty easy to initially find the unit. Grocery store was super convenient and only 5 minutes away. It was a very good area to go for walks or runs. I could go on and on but ultimately we would definitely rent this place again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Amazing vacation place!

We stayed for four nights. We had an amazing vacation. Alan was super responsive and always so helpful. The place is super clean and had everything that you need while you are there. Definitely recommend this place and we'll come back!
