  • Located on the Princeville Resort Makai Golf Course, this peaceful, Hawaiian style 600 Sq Ft condo has a private lanai, dedicated parking and a pool on site. Between the golf course and the lanai is the Queen's Carriage tree tunnel trail where you can walk in about 5 minutes to a secluded stretch of Anini Beach where you can swim and snorkel. Numerous world class surf spots including Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, and Kalihiwai Beach are a 10 minute drive. You can walk to the Princeille Shopping Center, the Princeville Library, or the park in 10 minutes or less.



    Recently remodeled with a brand new bathroom and kitchen, new furniture and Island style décor, this is one of the better deals in Princeville. There is a privacy wall by the bed separating the bed from the living area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washer & drier, an electric stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster and is stocked with a variety of kitchen utensils, place settings for 8, and a full size refrigerator. We are located in the back of Paniolo in one of the most peaceful locations. Our quaint condo is the perfect romantic getaway for couples.

Communication was simple and easy from start to finish. This is a well appointed and perfect venue for a single or couple looking to get the very best of the North Shore but who values cooking and having a true home base. The December island air made every night a dream and waking up to what can only be called an enchanted garden beyond the terrace where a collective of birds greeted me was beyond idyllic. A simple walk to the very quiet Wyllie beach or a very convenient shopping center and grocery just 10 minutes away made this haven a great place to call home for a month. The owners went above and beyond to help me with a little mail order I needed to sort and were always communicative and helpful in less than 24 hours. I couldn’t recommend this enough and if they’ll have me - I’ll be back again and again!

This is a great place to stay in Princeville. All conveniences close by: Foodland, beautiful Hanalei town. Hanalei pier and beach, Limahuli Garden, Hanna Beach and so much more. Host has stocked the unit with all necessary beach gear and even soft sided cooler.

Hawaiian getaway

We had an incredible stay! This place is in a great location and is a short drive to everything you could want or need. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and we really enjoyed the quiet lanai surrounded by lush gardens. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

A great vacation getaway in Princeville

We had a great stay here - the place was in a beautiful area of Kauai and we really had a great time. We hiked, kayaked, snorkelled, and just drank in the beauty of the island. We even didn’t mind the omnipresent chickens - albeit their 4:00 am wake-up calls were a bit ill-timed.

What a great little condo: Perfect location-able to walk to stores, walking paths, a trail down to the beach. We really appreciated the cleanliness and calm. The kitchen was well-equipped, bed comfy, bathroom spacious. This is a great place and I'd stay here again anytime. The traditional Hawaiian decor was great and the birdsong in the morning was so nice. Super clean, helpful host. And I appreciated the beach gear that was available. Great location on the north shore, just 10 minutes from Hanalei.

Cute Studio Condo

Located in Princeville, north shore in Kauai. Equip with washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience. Walkable to grocery store and nice neighborhood with walking paths. Night markets in Kauai was a nice addition since we last visited 13 years ago. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Would recommend.

Amazing space!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay. The studio apartment was perfect for us and allowed us to completely relax. The apartment had an umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear, and anything you need for the beach. I was so shocked by that! The location is unmatched. We were able to walk to the Princeville farmers market on Saturday as well as walk to the market when we needed to. We sat on the deck, enjoyed the greenery, and it made our vacation a complete ease.

Our favourite place on our trip!

We did two weeks on Kauai- One week at Ward & Paula's, one week at a property on the south shore and one final property on Oahu. Ward & Paula's place in Princeville takes the cake. Had we done our trip in reverse and stayed at Ward & Paula's last I would have tried to convince my husband we needed to stay longer. Quiet property, walking distance to the grocery store and everything you would need. Wyllie's beach was a gem & was probably the best beach we visited for swimming (I wish we knew that before we came and we would have spent more time there). We loved coming "home" after a hot day of hiking and exploring and going for a swim. We had the pool to ourselves almost everyday, it was the perfect way to wind down. Thank you Ward & Paula for an exceptional stay. If I can convince my husband to travel for 15 hours by plane again we will be back & for longer!
