Great condo, lovely view, spotless. We've stayed in Princeville often, this is a fabulous condo. Well appointed and big kitchen, we had a dinner party for 7 with no problem. Comfortable beds and plenty of space.

This condo is very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and the outdoor closet had some beach items (including boogie boards and snorkel gear). The view was epic! We saw whales from the deck, incredible sunsets from the deck as well as at a nearby park. Other bonuses were the grill was great, the jetted tub was perfect, and the pool was never packed. The location is ideal, not far from anything needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Disappointing
Stayed at this property for 2 weeks. Initial impression was positive - grand and spacious as per photos. However, two-week stay allowed us detailed familiarity – very disappointing. Dated and worn in some aspects: cabinetry and older appliances, corroded fixtures - some did not quite work correctly. Not very clean: e.g. very dirty tile floors, some dirty rugs, food and grease caked in edges of cooktop and dining table glass top. Most serious problem was mold. Dusty mold on multiple surfaces including kitchen appliance, majority of advertised library of books visibly mildewed, bedroom dresser drawers had musty odor that carried into our clothing, and (worst) apparent mold in bedding (mattress and/or pillows) which caused significant allergic reaction.

Wonderful family stay
We had a lovely stay at this condo. Our boys really enjoyed the billiards table and pickle ball court! Plus of course the pool, snorkeling nearby, and all that the north shore provides. The sofa bed was very comfortable as a third bed. The condo is very pleasant and welcoming, and has everything you need. The honor closet was well stocked with umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards and snorkel gear. We enjoyed the DVD collection especially. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Ideal location for this lovely home
Eden and Jennifer's place is both homey and spacious feeling. The views are spectacular and the pool is never crowded. Every day, we walked the few hundred yards to 1 Hotel for breakfast at Neighbors while enjoying the views from their balcony. Then we'd wander down to the beach (you can use the elevators to get there) to swim or walk before heading back. Truly a fun, relaxing experience.

Our stay was incredible and just perfect for our kids’ spring break. The we had an issue w the dishwasher and the owners responded immediately. We loved being able to walk to hideaways beach (carefully!) and Puu Poa beach. It was a short drive to a few family-friendly restaurants. The views are amazing from this unit and my kids loved playing pool and ping pong! We hope to come back!

Wonderful Anniversary Location
Thank you Eden and Jennifer for sharing your home. It was a great place with an amazing view. There was so much hiking and kayaking in the area, we were busy the whole time. The lanai was great and we even saw a few whales and many rainbows. Hoping to return for another anniversary.
