"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"The property was absolutely stunning. I will dream about the view for the rest of my life. Location was perfect. Quiet but close to all the best beaches and restaurants in the area. Beautiful design details everywhere. Decor was super fun - coming from the host Danilo’s shop. And Danilo was an absolute gentleman - kind and responsive throughout the whole process. It is rare to find a host this good. No property is perfect but every request we had to fix something was met with care and compassion. Do not miss your chance to book this paradise."
