"My cousins and I wanted a place to gather for a small family reunion around the Lisbon half marathon and this apartment was the perfect home away from home. Problem for me as a female solo traveler was the fact there were about 15-30 homeless? men from morning to late evening every day; I didn‘t feel safe walking up the little hidden street. WIFI login after I asked for it but ALTIDO replied immedately so it wasn‘t a big deal."

"The staff was wonderfully helpful and the grounds/facilities/rooms are gorgeous. Ask someone to help you find the gallery and see all of the artifacts of the old convent dating back to B.C. The only very minor problem was that the showers were a bit tricky to open. But everything else more than made up for that!"
