"We state in the basic room, however the room was very basic for the level of the hotel they claimed to be, not even a kettle, one towel per person just a tiny piece on soap on the sink and small soap dispenser in the shower, we got only three coats hangers between two of us, room looked very cheap, we stayed in other 4 star establishments in Tallinn , so came with some expectations, very disappointed, spa is very small and basic, cafe area not cleaned with rubbish and food on the floor mixed...

"Never wrote a negative comment before but this place is not where a normal traveller could stand. Remote location and shabby facilities, bed bugs, dirty towel and bad smell all around. Booked for multiple nights but checked out within one day. I was just willing to pay extra for not staying here."

"Dobry standard pokoi. Czajnik i lodówka w pokoju. Śniadania teraz są bardzo słabe, wcześniej były dobre. Ewidentnie widać duże oszczędności. "

"Clean, comfortable room with efficient A/C. Nice, varied breakfast. Good public transport to the Old Town; Open Air Museum and shopping centre close by. "
