However, we appreciated that we were transferred to a higher floor — that was a nice gesture. The room itself was decent, but we noticed there weren’t enough tissue papers or napkins provided in the bathroom. Overall, our experience was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of hospitality and attention to detail. "
