Very quiet. The breakfast crew did an Excellent job Of preparing the food, keeping the items always available and cleaned the serving areas constantly. Very well done.

Room was clean. This hotel is geared towards long term stays, a lot of construction crews there. Front desk attendant was great! Shebrea was her name! We need more people like her in the work force!!

Great hotel! Up to date, very clean and helpful staff! Would stay again! Some things to note that didn’t bother me, but some may find useful information; the wifi is unsecured, there is some construction going on in or around the building that required what sounded like a generator that ran all night (not loud, but noticeable if you are sensitive), and the TV is tricky to work ( the channels come up as unavailable, they work but you have to select each channel, wait for it to load then change...

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, especially housekeeping when we needed something. Room had a few things (sippy cup and glasses wipes) under the beds but otherwise very clean. Waterpark was very nice.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring! While i was enjoying my breakfast in the designated area, I heard an older gentleman talking with the front desk person about not understanding how to use the phone to dial out. after a few suggestions, the front deskman politely offered to help the older gentleman place his call with him! Best Western hasn’t let me down, yet! We booked the room last minute, because the hotel we were supposed to stay in was disgusting, and as soon as we walked in the entrance, we felt so much better about the evening!

Everything was excellent here.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the fitness center. My only question is the level of chlorine they used in the pool. My kids and husband all came out with red skin which usually doesn't happen.

I really like the fact that being on disability and having severe PTSD from the military and the chemical dependency issues that I've had. I was allowed the the space and. Security of what this hotel has to offer and it is right next to a holiday gas station. Literally within a baseball throw away where I was able to have coffee and snacks.
