"Was told that breakfast was free, but then another said it was an extra charge, so we didn't go down to it. The hotel elevators were crazy to try to get back to the hotel after a concert we went to. Would have loved a stairs option, but were told there was none. That made it stressful waiting and waiting and waiting to get on an elevator. Room was very nice though."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. But we had to wait till after check in to get a room. Although nice and clean, the room was dark and the thermostat was hard to adjust. Overall, however, it was nice and I’d stay there again."

"Very pleasant and efficient check in. Large room with 2 queen beds, shower and bathtub."

"The room was okay. Hot tub jets didn't work. A couple of the kids swim features didn't work. Main pool was cold. Breakfast was the most minimal continental breakfast I've seen. Just bagels, apples, oranges, apple sauce, muffins, and 3 cereals with communal milk. We stayed before and found the place nicer then. "

"Staff was not responsive to messages through hotel.com and the wifi was so bad, it was unusable. There is also currently construction right next to the hotel, making mornings unpleasant if you're in a room near it, but i know that is just temporary so can't be too mad about it. "
