The house is located in Privlaka 300 m from the sea. 18 km from Zadar, 5 km from the island of Vir. 3 km from the historic town of Nin.

The house consists of two one-bedroom apartments that are rented together. You are on the first floor of the house. Each apartment has a double bedroom, a sofa bed for two people in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

In the garden there is a 32 m² pool, private and gated, and a barbecue with dining area.

The owner sometimes uses the 3rd apartment in the house - the pool and garden are, however, exclusively for the guests of this apartment.

Special place!

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus von Ana und Zoran war im allgemeinen sehr gut. Die Location mit Pool und Grill Möglichkeit ist perfekt mit tollen Liegestühlen und wunderschön gepflegt! Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Auch die Lage der Wohnung war super. In Supermarkt und Strandnähe. Ein, zwei Dinge gibt es jedoch anzumerken: Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber, jedoch hat das Bad in Apartment 1 stark nach Abwasser gestunken und dadurch das ganze Appartement. Das war leider wirklich ziemlich unangenehm. Ebenso ist die Grundausstattung, wie im Inserat beschriebenen (Föhn, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl) nicht vorhanden. Trotzdem war Ana wirklich sehr bemüht uns einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, allerdings sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass man hier nicht alleine ist und es immer wieder zu Interaktionen mit den Vermietern kommt. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt!
