Villa Karlo is located only 30 meters from the out-streched sandy beach and offers a magnificent view of the turquoise blue sea. In addition to being close to the beach, it also has a private pool and is surrounded by a wall, so you can enjoy complete privacy. Villa Karlo can accommodate up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms with king size beds and one extendable sofa in the living room.

On the ground floor there is a modern living room with a fireplace for fresh spring evenings and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Both the dining room and the living room overlook the terrace with a pool surrounded by deckchairs, where there is also a covered grill and a dining area. The balcony offers You another area for relaxation, where you can enjoy in your morning coffee or evening cocktails, where the stunning view of the beach and the sea that meets the sky awaits you.
