"We had such a great stay! Everything was m clean, and the sheets were cozy and smelled really fresh, which was great for me. The room was warmly decorated—it felt really welcoming and homey. Breakfast was tasty, and the TV setup was awesome. My partner especially loved all the features and amenities it had. What I loved is the whole place was in a peaceful, quiet area, and the neighborhood was scenic and felt really safe. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful everyone was. The staff were incredibly responsive and genuinely kind—it’s rare to feel that kind of hospitality, and we really appreciated it. Overall, it was such a refreshing experience. Paul and David have created a perfect house and garden which made for a lovely, relaxing holiday.Paul and David are excellent hosts, available with help and advice, but equally respectful of your privacy.Each bedroom has its own charm, all are very comfortable and clean.The house is well stocked with everything you could need, from spare deodorant to herbs and spices. Having the option of a meal prepared and served by Bruno and Giovanni is a real treat, we had a lovely dinner to celebrate my 50th. Do ensure you have an SUV and purchase the extra insurance as the “road” to the property is very bumpy, but it adds to the experience! The pool and outdoor lounge area are stunning. Gecko watching in the evening with a glass of wine was bliss! A simply perfect holiday location! "

"Excellent property, suited perfectly our needs to be in a quiet area with an amazing pool (50m), volley ball and tennis courts, while also being able to drive -within 30mins- allowing spending a full day in Palermo and a full day in Cefalù. The unexpected highlights were the wonderful ( included) 3-course dinners with fresh and delicious food (the tuna tataki was the family favourite anti pasti!). Finally, the staff, the owner and Enzo made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special. "
