The Esplanade Hotel

"Esplanade team really made our NewQuay experience memorable. From check-in, they had a birthday card waiting for us and a wine voucher. Then, they proceeded to give the kids “a build your stuffed animal” which sent them to cloud 9. Throughout our stay, they went far and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The dinner and breakfast buffet was delicious and everyone was kind, cheerful and helpful. The hotel was kids and pet friendly. The location was just 5 minutes to Pestral beach . The hot tub, Sunna , Arcade and swimming pool were all well maintained. Most importantly, they took their time to work out an adjustment to our booking when we needed a last minute extension. This has been the best birthday weekend experience thanks to them!!! We highly recommend for anyone going to Cornwall. Thank you so much!! Favour C"
