This quiet 4-bedroom holiday home has an indoor pool, sauna, and roof terrace. Ideal for large families travelling with children. The house is located in Profondeville Ardennes.

Lots of walking trails are available, most of which start from this place, with some leading to the forest 500 m away. You can visit Dinant on the Meuse 22 km away, the valley of the Molignée, Maredsous Abbey 15 km away, the villages of Falaën and Sosoye, and the Namur, capital of Wallonia. The town centre is 500 m away, and restaurants and general supplies can be found 500 m away. The house is on the private estate of the owner, who lives in the adjacent house.

The house has a terrace and a barbecue for your enjoyment. The garden has furniture as well. Children's beds are also available. There is a playroom, and the garden also has a swing and slide.

Een enorm fijn weekend gehad in deze prachtige villa. Het zwembad was de kers op de taart! Prachtige keuken, woonkamer en de slaapkamers allemaal goed uitgevoerd. Het feit dat iedereen zijn eigen badkamer heeft was ook erg prettig. Heel veel dank!

Das „Haus“ ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet; Vom zusätzlichen Campingbett bis zur Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, vom Grill bis zur Möglichkeit, das Elektroauto aufzuladen. Sehr komplett möbliert und ausgestattet mit einem sehr schönen Garten mit Spielgeräten, Tor und Feuerstelle/Grill. Das Schwimmbad ist eine schöne Abwechslung vom Tag. Schlafzimmer groß mit eigenem Bad und alles vor allem sauber. Der Raum ist in jeder Hinsicht schön.

Het is een ruim huis. De slaapverdieping is erg warm. Dat lijkt door het onderliggende zwembad te komen. Onderhoud vereist aandacht. Voor fietsen in de Ardennen prima uitvalbasis.

Een hele fijne villa voor 9 personen in een prachtige omgeving. Een zeer ruime inventaris, slaapkamers met goede bedden en ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijk binnenzwembad waar we elke dag van hebben genoten! In de zomer is het wel een nadeel dat de slaapkamers boven het zwembad liggen, daardoor was het erg warm tijdens de nacht. Er waren wel een paar ventilatoren (helaas 1 defect), maar dat was niet voldoende om het goed af te koelen. Ook was de sauna toen wij er waren helaas defect. Dat was toch erg jammer!

Zeer mooie en prachtig afgewerkte villa. By far de mooiste woning die we tot nu toe gehuurd hebben. Alles is zoals omschreven maar de foto's doen de villa geen eer aan. Bij het betreden van het pand viel onze mond open van verbazing omtrent de luxe die het uitstraalde. De eigenaren hebben ons warm verwelkomt maar respecteren ook onze rust. Kindvriendelijk en de omgeving is precies wat we hoopte. Rustig maar toch binnen 15 minuten van het drukkere leven. Echt een aanrader en wij komen hier zeker weer een keer terug

Het huis is heerlijk groot. Niet alleen de woonkamer maar ook in de slaapkamers heb je zeer veel ruimte, wat erg prettig is. Heerlijk zwembad om in te relaxen.

Bij aankomst zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en goede uitleg over huis en omgeving. Zeer ruim huis in een rustige omgeving. Alles aanwezig voor jong en oud voor een fijn verblijf, in ons geval lang weekend rond pasen. Leuke plaatsjes te bezoeken in de nabije omgeving, aanrader tuinen van Annevoie. Eigenaresse, aanwezig in ernaast gelegen huis, altijd aanspreekbaar voor eventuele vragen tijdens verblijf. Alle slaapkamers voorzien van eigen badkamer inclusief toilet. Groot, schoon zwembad voor veel familieplezier. Grote keuken, ideaal om heerlijke gerechten te koken. Supermarkten op kleine afstand met auto. Met andere woorden wij hadden zeer aangenaam verblijf in dit huis.

Heel fijn huis, schoon en genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Van alle gemakken voorzien (genoeg servies, Nespresso apparaat, filterkoffieapparaat, staafmixer, kinderstoelen, kinderbedden, kaasschaaf, alles is er!). Super zwembad en fijne tuin. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. Bakker en supermarkten in de buurt.

Wij werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen een goede rondleiding met de nodige informatie. Accommodatie was erg mooi, compleet en ruim. De omgeving wb de ligging van het huis was erg landelijk en rustig. Wij vonden dat helemaal geweldig. Er was erg veel ruimte rondom het huis, met oa: een speelweide voor kinderen, een pergula en tuintafel met stoelen.

Het is de tweede keer dat we in deze luxe villa verbleven met onze familie. Zeer geschikt voor families. Voor zowel ouderen als kinderen zeer comfortabel. Ruime woning, schoon. Heerlijke woonkeuken, open haard. Zwembad, sauna, spelletjes. We gaan hier vast nog een keer naar toe. Echt een aanrader!
