Veranda. First floor: Lounge area. 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds (90 cm) and 1 queen bed (160 cm). Shower room. Separate WC. Gas central heating and heating via a ceramic wood-burning stove (wood provided). Private, unfenced 2000 m² garden with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and gas griddle. Linens (tablecloth and tea towel), wood, and electricity are included. Towels are €5 per person per change. Bed linen €10/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning €50. Heating €10/day. Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 baby bath, 1 changing table. This restored former barn sits on a property boasting a beautiful collection of typical Périgord stone and slate roofs in a peaceful, green, and wooded (oak) setting surrounded by meadows and cultivated fields.
