"Modern new and like a bedroom suite at a hotel but cheaper."

"Great place to stay! So much better than a hotel room!!"

"This is a great location and our stay was pleasant. Everything worked well and we had no issues finding places to eat within walking distance. Entry worked well and never had any issues. Parking was close. "

"Great quiet place to stay. Very clean."

"Clean studio in a convenient location. But don’t park in the apartment lot. I got towed within one hour! Had to wait until the next morning to get my car out of the tow lot and pay 200."

"Awesome !!"

"I wasn't all that impressed with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived but our host was gracious and eager to make things right away. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Will come back!"

"Nice place to stay, close to downtown."

"We were here to help our daughter move. The apartment is in the same complex which was very helpful. There is plenty to do if here for vacation. The two state parks we went to were fairly close and nice. There are many stores, a mall, and plenty of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Des Moines is 20-30 minutes."

"Great quiet community, close to shopping and restaurants. A nice place to stay with great communication! Will most definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Super nice place, close to everything downtown. The check in and check out process was super easy. We really enjoyed it! Will book again next time I come to Des Moise!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little Studio in Des Moines. The location is great - right next to the Capital and Interstate. Will be back again soon :)"

"We stayed at the Flux apartments in downtown. Our accommodation was exceptional in all respects. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Good stay."

"Convenient location downtown."

"No issues, everything went very smoothly. Second tv in bedroom is nice if you like watching TV in bed"

"I stayed here for a work trip - super comfortable space, walkable to a ton of local spots. Will 100% book again for my next trip to DSM. "

"On the positive side, the host did a great job of communicating quickly and trying to accommodate our requests. The apartment and location in and of themselves are great! However, the quality of the accommodations was subpar. Sheets and bathroom were dirty. The bedding consisted of a flimsy fitted sheet (no mattress pad) and a thin duvet that didn't appear to be laundered. Towels and washcloths were tattered and stained. When new bedding was requested, we received a king fitted sheet (that...
