For travelers wishing to use separate beds:
-Single bed (sheets only): 15,00€ / stay / bed (applicable when 2 or 3 travelers wish to use two or three separate beds or for any additional double bed prepared).

T2 apartment of 35 m² with all comforts which consists of:
- A beautiful terrace with sea view of 10m2 allowing you to take your meals facing the Gulf of Valinco offering a breathtaking sunset every evening.
- A bedroom with "Queen size" double bed (160 cm),
- Two beds in the living room consisting of two single beds 2x (90 cm) and/or a double bed (180cm),
- A living room of 20m2 with its well-equipped American kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, etc...).
- A bathroom equipped with a large shower and a toilet,
- An HDTV,
- High-speed WIFI connection,
- A parking space in the residence.
The apartment is also air-conditioned.

🔒 Mandatory security deposit:
In accordance with our conditions of stay, a bank imprint (pre-authorisation) will be made on the day of check-in (€1,000.00).
This operation does not result in any immediate debit: the amount is simply blocked by your bank.
The fingerprint is automatically cancelled after check-out if no damage or dispute is found.
