They took the time to walk my family around the facility, show me where our rooms were, how to access them with the codes, the dining area, and even made me a coffee as we covered the breakfast time. "The resort was a spectacular ending to our Italian trip. Upon reaching the resort, we were met with Federica. Super nice, very accommodating, helpful, and overall very professional. She allowed us to check in early as the room had already been cleaned. She walked us through the entire resort which is beautiful. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect.
