"Got into town way earlier than expected (couple hours before check in time) and i was still able to check in super early so that was incredibly convenient because we needed out of the heat and needed showers. Staff was super nice. Only thing I don’t like is how small the parking lot is because we drive such a big diesel truck and it was hard to park and get out "

"This was an older hotel, but it had been updated. It was clean. It was within walking distance of Main St., Branson. Beds were very comfortable, a must after a day of walking."

"Morgan was extremely helpful at the frontdesk and so kind. Michael jumped in to help with taking our luggage to the room. It was a lot with medical equipment.Wade and team at the steakhouse were great and it was Wade's first week. He went above and beyond and found me peppermint tea. Our room upon arrival smelled weird and we discovered the carpet by the bed was soaking wet from AC issues. I only discovered it after laying my suitcase on it and picking it up the bottom was soaked. Tim and Cassidy on the housekeeping team jumped into action, provided a blower and helped when my elderly mom had an accident in the bed. This property has amazing trained staff that aim to serve. While there at the pool my adult daughter (former lifeguard) saved a little girl who was actively drowning. Many of us witnessed it. The hotel staff found out and provided us with $100 off our stay. "

"Wonderful! Such a lovely cottage on beautiful well-maintained grounds easy parking great location just off of Branson Landing. Everything is in within walking distance we were down for Jeep Branson, and it was literally across the street at the convention center.Danna was fantastic and accommodating,. Let me check in a bit early which was very helpful since I was traveling by myself.The cottage is very cute. Well maintained they have everything you could possibly need or even thing to bring.I would definitely bring my family back and stay in the big house! Such a lovely time thank you so much!"
