"Staying here, right in the center of Aix en Provence was a terrific choice. The room was delightful, including wonderful air conditioning on a very hot evening. The staff was terrific, welcoming us early into the restaurant for our complimentary glass of champagne and helping us find a great food tour for the next day. Breakfast, which was included with the room rate was fantastic. I would highly recommend this great property and their delightful staff for your time in Aix en Provence!"

"Tiny room, hugely inconvenient location. No taxi or Uber can get in. You have to walk at least ten minutes to catch a ride. Asked the front staff to order a taxi for me for my train trip. The taxi couldn't come on time and we ended missing our train and with that our first class ticket to Paris were completely wasted."

First, there were barely any outlets in the room, one in the bathroom and only one in the main room. There were two regular usb's (typeC) so if you had a newer iphone or laptop you could not charge (they are type A) unless you knew and brought usb c adapters.
