Prime location!
First level 1500 sq/ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath condo/apt in downtown Providence. Experience the city and enjoy the beauty of this historic street. We are located directly on Broadway and just steps away from all the city has to offer. Walk to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, Atwells Ave (Federal Hill) Amica Mutual Pavilion (AMP), PPAC, water fire, train station and so much more! Conveniently, there are two great restaurants right across the street as well as a convenience store.
Dedicated off street parking, for two vehicles. Additional free street parking as well. We are located in a high traffic area with street noise so please be keep that in mind.

Family weekend in Rhode Island

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting my daughter and son in law in Warwick. The location was very convenient to Providence and Warwick. The home was well stocked and very clean. The owners were very responsive when I spoke to them.

We were staying for the weekend for the Army/Navy game. The place is so charming and CLEAN! just a few steps out of the place and you're right in the action. So much to do there! I would definitely stay again! My family loved the place also!

Great little condo

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was also in a great location, close to restaurants and the park/pedestrian bridge. We are not used to traffic noise so that was the only thing we had to get used to, but it infrequent enough that it was not much of a bother. Definitely would recommend this place to others interested in staying in the Providence area.

A Perfect in a Perfect Location!

My family was visiting Rhode Island on Spring Break and wanted to stay close by to restaurants and walking distance to coffee shops. The location was perfect close by to great restaurants in little Italy. The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of 4! We were happy with how responsive the host was and how accommodating she was. I highly recommend staying at this property for a nice getaway in Providence!

Fantastic!

The property was clean and beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 5 while we were in town for a baseball tournament. Our only wish was that it was on the other side of the highway, closer to downtown but still, it was not a terrible walk. The property managers were extremely responsive and offered advice on things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again! It was comfortable and we all had plenty of room to stretch out and relax!

An amazing stay!

Decided to do a staycation girls trip! This apt was perfect for us! Great location, walking distance to great sightseeing places and restaurants! The apt itself was nicely decorated and clean! Loved the chalkboard. Enough space for 6 people for sure! We had everything that we needed provided like the kitchen was nicely stocked and plenty of towels/linen and etc. Easy check-in. Would definitely re-book this place if I ever return to Providence!

It was Providence

We enjoyed the stay very much. It was very hot and humid outside , but we were more than comfortable inside. Even though we were in the lowest level of the house, there was enough natural light and the interior was beautifully decorated. We could bot use the shower closest to the kitchen due to low water pressure but we managed in the other one! Everything was clean and organized!

Great rental for families

Very nice rental - super clean and well-stocked for making meals, with a nice place to park along the side. We had two teenagers, so letting them each have their own bedroom was nice (although luckily my daughter is short and sleeps curled up, because the one bedroom's beds are really designed for smaller kids). Family room has a nice couch and TV setup with some basic streaming services. Neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is decent with a restaurant right across the street that was nice to enjoy when we first arrived. Only a minor issue that the street noise can get loud at times with sirens, motorcycles, etc as it's on a main thoroughfare.

Very clean and the best location. Easy to walk around the neighborhood. We also rented a car and were able to walk to the car rental place in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place! 6 minutes from train and 15 from airport.

This is a fantastic space. Large gathering area and bedrooms are large. Clean and plenty of space for all of us. Location is perfect to get to The Amp and restaurants downtown. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great location within walking distance to federal hill and had it not been so cold we would have walked to the PPAC as well. Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

Perfect Providence Weekend

Lisa & Kevin's place is great. It was clean and comfortable. This unit was exactly what we were expecting from the photos and description, and then some. Communication with Lisa was prompt, clear and thorough. We had a wonderful time in Providence and this was the perfect place to call home base during our stay.
