Overall it was a great stay. Not a good place for a light sleeper. Have to admit the water didn't get very hot for showers. Good restaurant on site, im from the area and being out after dark in the area can be skeptical for the single traveler. For a quick in and out stay would stay again!

Kay was the wonder women of this hotel. I arrived sick and she sent me a tray to my room, with tea and honey. The staff were wonderful. The location and rooms were so modern and comfortable. Recommend this as best Providence stay.

stay was great! very convenient location & parking close by. I do wish they would have parking options on their website because it was super confusing when arriving. Rooms are so much fun! So cozy and stayed warm. So much character. Only two things were: clean but stained towels and the shower head was super clogged and it felt like bullets coming out of the shower head 😅. Everyone was kind to us and we will most likely stay here again if we come back to Providence!

This hotel was a cute idea but the property felt like it was way past its prime even for a boutique hotel. The room was bare bones: no closet, no full-length mirror, no amenities like a fridge or coffee maker or minibar, no safe, rug was threadbare. Bathroom was so tiny it was actively hard to shower and there was nowhere to put anything. The cafe downstairs seemed like it had at one point been a fully stocked really nice little cafe, but there was never any food in the baked goods area, the shelves were empty, and the area behind the counter was mostly used for storage. The staff were all really nice but also really young, like college students. All in all this place had a haunted vibe, not as in ghosts, but as in a place that was a fraction of its former self. Can’t say I’d stay there again.
