"I was scheduled to stay just one night, but due to the cancellation of my cruise, I stayed an additional night. They were extremely helpful. I was able to use their phone (toll free) and make arrangements with their assistance. They offered a warm, caring atmosphere in my time of stress. Andry, the day manager, and Andre, the Manager/Owner were the BEST! I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance."

"We "discovered" this place online and were impressed with the reviews. Travesia did not disappoint! It is an old 2-story 7-room connected row house located in the heart of Santiago. It has been nicely restored but has kept much of the charm of an old residence. No elevator, no air conditioning, squeaky stairs no screens but our room opened onto a small balcony and a breeze made our stay pleasant even on a hot February (summer in Chile!) evening. "Very cute hotel. The room was spacious, clean, staff were friendly. I like the breakfast in particular, there was a self-serve orange juice machine, we could made our freshly made juice!👍 There was a massive protest right in front of the hotel, the nearby metro station was closed. Travelers planning to stay must be careful."

"Location was good and safe. Very near metro. Unfortunately my 9th floor room faced west so I had the sun beating in almost all day... unless I shut all the drapes which was depressing. It is an unmarked building so good luck finding it. No little extras like bath soap and shampoo or a bottle of water. TV is in bedroom area not living room area. Wifi is good. No one speaks English do you better know Spanish. I paid in advance but I got a bill under my door to pay again. What a frustrating...
