We are a ground floor, 1 bedroom 1 bath condo which was fully renovated and launched 26th September 2023

Please note that there will be some construction across the property from 15th May - 30th June - our prices reflect this disruption. -The normal nightly price is $325 - plus a bottle of wine will be awaiting your arrival - to further say Thank you for your understanding

The condo looks amazing and has exceeded our hopes - we are super excited to welcome you to the only condo renovated in North West Point this year 2023.

We are the sister unit to Seas the Day TCI - 3 bedroom 3 bathroom - if you need more space - Property # 2373360

Our bedroom is configured as 1 Kingsize to comfortably enjoy the peace and tranquility that is North West Point Condominiums.

A 565sq perfectly formed condo is ideal for a couple looking to enjoy some peace and quiet whilst enjoying the delights of a recently renovated unit. Our Patio offers pool and ocean views that are simply amazing - plus we have a high-top comfortable outside table - perfect for watching the world go by and the sunsets - see pictures for more details - but to tempt you further there is a large pool and hot tub, as well as a covered deck and boardwalk to our own private beach - 1 min 25 seconds from door to sand - where you will find chairs, loungers, and shades for all.

Enjoy watching the world go by with a drink or read a book in our rattan comfy chair whilst enjoying supper at the countertop table right off the lounge before retiring to the comfort of the huge sofa and 65-inch TV and perfectly appointed living room. See pictures

Please note that you will NEED a rental car to enjoy the delights of North West Point Condominiums - I will be able to send you details once you book the options and finer details - taxis are an option but due to the remote location are not cheap or easy to source 🏝️

We are located 25 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Grace bay - in fact, we are 25 minutes from anywhere on the island as it is not that big 😎

Please to advise that Tides Bar and Grill is now open in the covered Deck area - during the day and most days - please check the black board for more details (open Dec thru May)

The condo is located as I have mentioned at the far end of the island and to add to the unique charm you need to travel about 5km down what I describe as the four-lane dirt highway to chill - so please drive carefully as at times (after heavy tropical rains) there may be potholes. Any style of rental car is fine - I have rented a micro car in the rainy season and it was totally fine. Don’t listen to the doomsayers 😂😂

Please also try and protect the planet 🌎 by using the fans rather than the AC - often guests say they can turn off and use the amazing trade winds

We will ask when you complete the rules and regulations as we have to inform NWP Condominiums management of our arriving guests. This will be sent by welcome email

1min 14seconds from door to sand - please note we are in the national park and so no dredging of the water is allowed - so we do get sea grass on the edge - but this is cleared daily by the condo management team - plus side is you might get to see turtles as they love seagrass.

Romantic Stay
The condo was awesome. The only regret which has nothing to do with the condo itself was the beach. The beach in and out of the water was full of seaweed. We did not enjoy it at all. We drove to the other end of the Island. The beaches were 100% no seaweeds.

Peaceful Secluded Relaxing Resort
We were looking for somewhere off the beaten path to really get away from the stress of day to day. We loved our newly renovated condo with a full kitchen. It had everything we needed from snorkels to spatulas. The pool is right out front but not noisy at all. There is an ocean view and a cafe for quick bites and drinks. Staff was great and will cut down a coco it for you.

Remote Getaway for Adults
Overall, we had a fabulous stay at Caicos Dreams. It is a very remote, private, and beautiful area of the island. The beach is beautiful, but if you want to get in the water, you need to walk a little ways down the beach where the sea grass is not growing. We did not mind doing this as we are always looking for an adventure. I would not bring children to this area as there is not that much for them to do here. The condo itself was great and communication with Collin could not have been better. In the condo suggestions: Bring a sound machine if you need noise to sleep. The ceiling fans are very loud if set above 1. Place a towel at the bottom of the front door as there is a gap at the bottom. This will help keep out the little friendly locals from becoming your guests. With an island stay things will happen and as frequent island goers, we have learned to be prepared for those things. Electricity and water may go out for a short time, so stop at the store before you head out of town and get water, snacks, and other essentials. We would suggest renting a Jeep or some other type of SUV for your drive to the resort and other isolated beaches as the roads are not small car friendly. Remember you are on island time. Enjoy the island! We went to Malcom Beach for snorkeling and it was amazing! We also went to Taylor Beach. We ventured into the touristy areas as well and our favorite place for food and drinks (Turquoise Dream) was Skull Rock. Would definitely visit again!

Trip of our Caicos Dreams
From the moment we booked, Collin was always prompt answering all our questions. We received awesome information via his videos, website, and a huge packet full of information about the island from first hand experience. This gave us many choices for dining, excursions, groceries, and more as we explored the island during our 10 days. Our favorite out of all our experiences was staying put at the Northwest Point Resort. The condo is comfortable and well equipped and has a gorgeous view overlooking the grounds, pool, and beach. The bed, pillows, and sheets were so comfy and the towels provided for beach and bath were high quality. The resort was just perfect for relaxation, the pool/hot tub and the beautiful beach were the best on the island for just sitting and letting your cares melt away. We recommend walking west to the point for sunsets and getting up early for sunrises, what a gorgeous sight. The on-site Tides restaurant was an awesome addition to our trip as well, great food and drinks in a beautiful atmosphere. We will come back as soon as we can! Thank you!

Paradise! Tranquil Island Getaway
This beautiful and well maintained resort welcomes you and the hosts include everything anyone might need for having an enjoyable stay. Providing excellent needed information up front and a smooth check-in process. Also the condo itself is thoughtfully stocked/setup for all needs... cooking, beaching, technology. It is obvious that the resort itself and the condo are well cared for and guests as well! We loved our stay, going between the pool and beach when onsite. Added bonus was the Tides Grill which had excellent food and friendly service. The only down side was the dirt road to get to the resort, but that the norn for many roads on the island when exploring out of the way places.

A Slice of Heaven
We were so happy we chose to stay here! The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was clean & comfortable. Location was GREAT!! Not to mention the view...pool & ocean. They provided a small soft cooler and a large one and nice thick beach towels & bath towels. I wanted to pack my own because so often we have found old, thin towels. This was definitely not the case. We visited the onsite restaurant, TIDES & listened to the live music on Friday night. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your condo, Caicos Dreams. We hope to come back again.

The condo was great,had everything you would need pool was beautiful and the beach was very nice even found large conch shells we took the yoga class,new time is 9:10and is free from a condo owner Renting a car is necessary and it’s fun to explore the island keep in mind restaurant on premises is closed on Mondays If you want to snorkel bring your own equipment wasn’t easy to rent but luckily a renter had lots of sets and loaned us theirs Froggies a local restaurant is closed up fyi Lastly we had a great time ! We even made a sign for the tree on the beach look for it !! Michele and rob

Great quiet time during spring break
This property is out of the way nice and secluded part of the island perfect for sitting back and relaxing. We had a great time. Nice there is onsite bar restaurant for when you don’t want to cook. We had everything we needed. Great communication with the host.

Wonderful Experience at Caicos Dreams TCI
We recently spent a most relaxing two weeks on Providenciales staying at Caicos Dreams. First, Kate and Collin Miles are truly awesome hosts, very helpful and informative from our first contact through our stay, and clearly very proud of their property. The condo is thoroughly and thoughtfully equipped, and the resort property is beautiful. Rest assured everything you will read from Kate and Collin is detailed and accurate. We really appreciated the condo’s proximity to the pool area, and of course the beach is just a few more steps away. Among the many features we enjoyed are the beach supplies … umbrella, chairs, towels, picnic cooler. We made several outings to some of the fabulous beaches on the island and this equipment really came in handy. The resort is in a somewhat isolated location, which was very much part of the charm. Beautiful and well-equipped condo, beautiful resort property, quiet and restful right on the ocean. Pretty hard to beat! Doug & Katherine, March 2024

Relaxing Vacation
We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Caicos Dream. Collin was a fantastic host ! He provided great information about the property & area & quickly responded to our questions. We selected this condo since it was recently renovated & we were not disappointed. The unit was very clean, comfortable & cheerful with new decor. The extra touch’s provided with thick beach towels, throw blankets, insulated cups , coolers, beach chairs, and large tv made us feel as if we were at home. Northwest Point was perfect for us since we were not interested in dining out, shopping, or sightseeing. We rented a car which is necessary for grocery shopping. We do not recommend driving at night . We had a very relaxing time at Caicos Dream & look forward to returning.

Wonderful stay
Caicos dreams is truly a dream. My husband and I spent a week at NWP resort relaxing and going out diving. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The resort is very quiet (the main reason we chose it) and the pool and the views are amazing. Check in and check out was smooth. Highly recommend!

Caicos Dreams was an awesome place to stay. We enjoyed being away from town. The pool, hot tub, and beach were perfect. The condo had everything we needed and some things we didn't know we would need! Would definitely stay there again.

Caicos Dreams
Was a great stay! Host was quick to respond with anything. Location is beautiful, quiet, private beaches, had the pool and hotub mostly to ourselves. I have to say, make sure you get a rental vehicle! If you want to get away from tourists this is the spot. If you want to do any shopping, groceries, bars, restaurants they’re easy access 15 plus minutes away. If you want a bigger location, host has that as well. Would stay here again!
