Overall, a really nice property within walking distance of one of the best beaches on the island! The breakfast croissants and coffee were excellent. The property manager was very friendly and provided plenty of great recommendations. This isn’t a five-star resort, but it’s a great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is clean and restaurants are closed by. Great communication with staffs. No tradition breakfast only daily pastry by the pool. Super market is closed by. Highly recommended!

Perfectly located near all stores, restaurants, bars and other services. We were walking to restaurants. Large appartement with a nice pool! The host is always available to help and inform us. Free parking in front of the property. We will be back!

Excellent location! 3 minutes walk to the Grace Bay beach. Lots of dining options, shopping and groceries. Our room had pool view. It was clean and spacious with in unit laundry and full kitchen. Overall an excellent stay.

Ariel was an awesome host. Everyday we had a positive interaction at breakfast and he helped us with booking our half day boat trip and taxi when we needed. It felt like home away from home- even though we were only a 5 minute walk from Grace Bay’s paradise quality beach. Loved every minute.

Ariel and his lovely wife Jane were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay at the property - and always available to answer any questions. The Inn was conveniently located - just a three minute walk to beautiful Grace Bay beach and a few minute walk to a vibrant downtown area full of shops and restaurants. Very peaceful venue where each morning begins with Ariel serving fresh coffee and croissants alongside a pristine salt water pool, lounging chairs and lush gardens. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Provo.

We love the Inn at Grace Bay. Although not directly on the beach, the beach is within walking distance with beach amenities included. Location makes it easy to walk to many dining options. Both of our stays at Inn at Grace Bay have been clean, quiet, and relaxing. Ariel is a wonderful host.

This is our second consecutive year visiting the TCI and staying at the Inn at Grace Bay. Ariel and Jane, the property managers are not only amazing humans but also incredibly good at their jobs, making you feel welcome and supported. Within walking distance we had access to shopping, restaurants, bars, a gourmet supermarket, beautiful Grace Bay beach, spas, Potcake Place, and The Bight where we enjoyed the Fish Fry festivities. You won't regret it.

We had a spacious 1 bedroom condo that was perfect for our family of 3. Used the washer/dryer a few times and the full kitchen was convenient. Definitely recommend for families or anyone who just wants more space. The location was perfect also, few min walk to the beach and plenty of dining options and 10 min walk to the supermarket.

Our apartment at the Inn at Grace Bay was clean and welcoming. Ariel, the property manager, contacted us in advance to find out our exact arrival time, so he can have everything ready; communication with him was easy and straightforward. The grounds and pool are well maintained; everything works well. The Inn is located on the main street of the hotel area and beach access is easy via a code-operated back door; the Grace Bay beach is a short 3-minute walk away. I highly recommend this property and we will surely be back.
