A bright, open concept, private 3-bed, 3-bathroom villa with elevated, expansive views of the beautiful turquoise blues of the north shore barrier reef on Providenciales.

Comfort and Luxurious Living:
Blue Turtle Villa provides spacious modern living with contemporary decor and furniture throughout. A beautifully appointed open concept living room, well equipped kitchen and soaring 14ft ceilings with large sliding doors creates a modern ambience with easy access to the outside, allowing the ocean views to come in and the refreshing breeze to flow through.
The villa has three air-conditioned, king size bedrooms each with their own ensuite double sink bathrooms, including a spa-like outdoor shower off the primary bedroom. The bedrooms have large sliding glass doors that provide access to the pool deck and views of the ocean. There is also a fully supplied laundry closet in the main hallway. The villa is fitted with smart TVs in every room, complimentary WiFi and a Bluetooth speaker in the living room.
The large pool deck is furnished with a comfortable patio set, propane BBQ and offers a variety of options for seating and outdoor dining. The infinity edge swimming pool, overlooking the turquoise blue waters, provides welcome relief on a hot sunny day.
After a day on the beach, rinse off the salt and sand in the conveniently located outdoor shower at the front of the villa.

Perfect Location:
Just a quick drive from the airport, Blue Turtle Villa is conveniently located within the prestigious Blue Mountain residential neighbourhood on the north shore of Providenciales, overlooking the spectacular barrier reef. A rental car is highly recommended, we can provide discounts if rented with Grace Bay car rentals. The villa is within a short drive of many restaurants, shopping centers, grocers and beaches.
The closest beach, Babalua is a 7-minute walk down the hill. This beautiful, white sandy beach is perfect for cooling off or snorkeling with turtles. Smith’s Reef, another beach popular with snorkelers, is located a 5-minute drive away in Turtle Cove.
As they say in the Turks and Caicos, this island is “Beautiful by Nature.” You will never tire of its breathtaking blue waters, abundant sea life, friendly locals and wide array of restaurants, shops, and adventures.

If you’re in the mood for some adventure, you will be pleased to find extensive information on the TCI Tourism web page that outlines a variety of amazing experiences. Perhaps you want to wander world famous Grace Bay Beach, watch the colourful kite boarders on Long Bay Beach or roam the southwest side of the island to marvel at the calm, blue waters of Sapodilla Beach or Taylor Bay.
Other activities include private boat charters, diving, parasailing, golfing, snorkeling, eco-adventures and fishing amongst many others. When it is time to head out and explore, you will be well equipped with the villa’s gear including beach bags, cooler, beach chairs and umbrella.
