This was our first time at a non-all inclusive. Tips are what gets the great service so 15% is the floor even if you are doing the included breakfast. Great resort and close to a full grocery market for additional needs. Junior suite has good size fridge with icemaker and drinking water is supplied to the room twice a day.

What a beautiful property! Loved everything about it! The amenities were gorgeous and the staff was helpful and friendly. “Mr Happy” at the pool was always glad to see us and ready to get us anything we needed. The beach front property was heaven! Seven Stars is a beautiful resort with an amazing beach and pool. The resort is spotless clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Both restaurants serve delicious food. It was easy to get chairs and umbrellas down at the beach and the food/drink service at the beach was wonderful.

Seven Stars is AMAZING! Everything from the rooms, food, pools, beach, and staff are all wonderful. Upon arrival they provide fresh towels, drinks and a tour of the property. The breakfast is wonderful, hotel location is near everything, and the staff are so helpful!!! They’ve planned out all the details, from water stations, to setting up chairs, towels and umbrellas on the beach. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Property grounds are beautiful. Besides the welcoming staff and Mr. Happy at pool side, most of the servers at The Deck weren’t very friendly. Overall a great place to stay though.

The resort itself is perfect. Great space. Large rooms. Great amenities. Perfect pool size and distance to the beach. So clean. Our issue was the service. Almost as if it was a hassle to ask for a drink at the pool: had to wait an hour for a pool menus. Then at the beach barely anyone going around for drink requests. Then on the way to the airport the front staff said they would call us a taxi & for 30 mins they wouldn’t. It was so odd. For a place this expensive the service should be a lot better. It’s a beautiful place but the service needs a lot of work.

Food was amazing especially breakfast. I loved the Terrace for lunch. The Deck was good also but I found that Terrace had better jerk wings in my opinion. Both were fall off the bone. Beware of ordering food on the beach as it is a windy island. I loved how cool I felt despite the warm weather and how beautiful the beach was. They also offer taxi service. Service was beyond my expectation. I can't wait to return.
