The Caicos House in Gated Community

  • Nestled in the tranquil gated community of Leeward, on the heels of the Grace Bay and the Grace Bay Beach, regularly ranked as the “The Best Beach in the World!”. The upscale Leeward community is within a 5-8 minute drive to the Grace Bay shopping and restaurant district, with over two dozen businesses, including a large grocery store and bank.
    Our villa is newly refurbished and tastefully furnished offering luxury at an affordable price. Three (3) bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with a full kitchen, Quartz counter-tops, Moen fixtures, air-conditioning in living area and in all bedrooms, Hunter ceiling fans throughout, Samsung and Cuisinart appliances, screen and unscreened outdoor terrace, outside grill, plunge pool and daily maid service.
    The Villa has beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for your day at the beach. Other amenities include hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, TV with cable TV and Netflix, air conditioning, Bluetooth home stereo, pool side dinning table and chairs, chaise lounge chairs, private driveway. Please note this Villa is government registered. A 12% government tax is included in your nightly rate.
