"The property is a good stay. There are a few problem areas that are noticable. First off the wall paper is literally falling off in several spots. The shower drain was VERY slow. When I tried to use a handtowl to plunge the drain (I'm a maintenance man) I was gifted with a drain full of black debris. Made using the shower a little uncomfortable. Other than that the rest of the stay was good. "

"Such a beautiful, old building! The room was comfortable and clean; the staff friendly. The condition of the hotel rooms (grout, bathroom) needs attention. The windows were filthy! Location is very good."

"The initial communication from the property requesting ID and registration form feels very "spammy" because there are typos in the signature block, incorrect punctuation and grammar. However, this is a real place and it's very nice! When arriving on a weekend night, be aware the street is blocked off to traffic and the whole area basically turns into a nightclub with loud music and lots of drunk people - nevertheless, the area feels very safe and the check in process is easy. The building seems to be occupied mostly by young adults and the "quiet hours" are not respected. The unit itself is very clean and spacious, however, strangely there are NO hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms, therefore, for longer stays it would get frustrating quickly to not be able to hang towels, clothes, toiletry bag etc in the bathroom. There is also only one towel per person which seems cheap for the rate they charge. The reception staff are super nice, friendly and helpful! Overall the location is amazing for the SAP center and Caltrain station, both are easy walking distance. "

"This was the perfect little stay for me and my pooch. Quiet & clean, nice kitchenette area. The only thing missing is a bathroom sink with mirror. There’s nowhere in the bathroom to wash your face, brush your teeth, put on makeup and get ready for your day. There is a full length mirror, which is great. Cute little sitting outdoor area for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. One great thing, it’s in a gated area with a very small yard so my dog could be safely contained outside, and it’s private. "
