The property is ideal for people passing through, who need easy and accessible accommodation. We arrived after 10pm and found the self-service check in very easy and convenient. There were no breakfast options available. The room was clean, big enough and the bathroom was well fitted and modern. A good option for travellers.

Hotel Very dated needs refurbishing Rooms are small not much room and need sorting out paint etc Bath small No shower unless ur a midget bath small ideal for a child Bathroom smelled and mould in the walls Only thing good about this property is the views of the fields n the cows next door

Worst hotel experience of my life. Location was really awful in an Old shopping center. Lost electricity on hour room because of faulty electric cord of a hairdryer. They should have 24/7 number in cafe of emergy. Contact number did not reply. Luckily I did not get electic shock. Never going to use B&B Hotels again.

Wir haben nicht viel erwartet und wurden trotzdem enttäuscht. Dusche war nach einem mal Duschen kalt. Duschwand war ausgehangen und in der Duschtasse war ein Loch. Wir würden sogar behaupten, dass die Toilette nicht geputzt war. Lediglich das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Séjour très décevant. Aucun accueil à l’arrivée : j’ai dû appeler le numéro affiché, et la personne jointe s’est montrée étonnée et peu professionnelle. La chambre était glaciale, le chauffage en panne, et ma demande d’aide a été accueillie avec agacement. La salle de bain était impossible à chauffer, la propreté du sol et des toilettes insuffisante. Expérience largement en dessous du minimum attendu.

L'accueil a été très léger (pas de sourire, limite on dérangeais). La chambre n'étais pas chauffée et c'était un véritable frigo en arrivant. Pas de savon dans la SdB. Nous avons fait le B&B le lendemain à Arras, rien à voir dans le bon sens du terme et pourtant le même groupe. Etonnant

La malédiction des salles de bains

Première chambre le lavabo fuit et pas d'eau chaude. On nous donne une seconde chambre pas d'eau du tout mais de l'eau chaude dans les W.C. Ce qui ne servait à rien. On nous propose une troisième chambre afin d'aller prendre notre douche. Nous avons dû faire la navette entre ces 2 dernières chambres. Et nous n'avons passé que deux nuits..... Heureusement

Je vais de temps à autre dans cet hôtel et à chaque fois c’est un accueil chaleureux et très convivial. Aucun souci rencontré et toujours de l’écoute. Je recommande cet hôtel.
