"The room was nice and clean the host made it easy to check in even after the check in time"

"As others have reported they allow you to book a room then when you try to enter you are told they have swapped you to another location. I rejected the alternative property as it was too far away . They then refused to refund me. I spent hours trying to get my money back and trying to find another room ( it was night time and I was alone with my luggage). Do not book with these people!"

"The hotel room was very spacious and clean! The air conditioning and the fridge were especially great considering we visited during the heatwave. The hotel was also near Napoli Centrale and various shops and restaurants, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Would recommend!"

"Everything was very clean which I really appreciated. There is a little desk there, but a small table and kitchen style chairs would be nice for when eating. A hook on the wall for the towel would be helpful (though the shower door was fine to use). Overall, it was a lovely and well-kept apartment."
