Aparthotels in Province of Burgos

Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us.

In that particular apartment it was basically the ultimate stay. Basically a house with the cathedral in front. Unreal. Night view were SICKKKKKK. Wonderful

This place was fantastic! We were a family of four staying in one room and a family of three staying in another. We had amazing staff at reception as well as cleaning. Everyone was so nice, helpful and kind! Will DEFINITELY stay here again on another trip!

Great stay and hostess was outstanding.

Very clean and spacious. Great amenities (kitchenette, fridge, stove top, utensils). 4 minutes walk to the intermodal (public transport). Location is safe and within 30-minute walk from the Guggenheim and bridges to old towns.

Apartment style hotel. Good sized, comfortable rooms. We did not cook but the unit had a cook top and seemed to have all the cooking supplies you'd need. If you are facing the main street it can be a bit noisy due to the traffic and nearby cafes but it's only an issue if the windows are open. There's a laundry facility that you pay via and app that was much appreciated and the machines worked well. The hotel has onsite parking with a typically tight Spanish parking garage. Great experience and service! My girlfriend and I stayed at Sercotel Jardines de Uleta Suites during our trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the Ironman race. The hotel is located about 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Lorena at the front desk was absolutely amazing, genuine and had great energy. The rooms were much larger than anticipated and the breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable.

Location was great. Apartment was very nice.

We landed at this hotel after our VRBO fell out (confirmed reservation from VRBO, host said they rejected as full so we had to scramble). Very clean and well appointed. Price was a bit high due to the eclipse but VRBO covered the difference so it didnt matter much to us. The one challenge is that you'll def need wifi or phone service to check in (my french service wasnt cooperating). Great location and beautiful old building. Recommended!

First and most wonderful and helpful staff, everyone making the best of the experience; location is one of a kind, just next to everything. The unit was comfortable to the best, neatly clean, fully equipoed, and Bilbao it’s a gastronomic and ambience best experience. Will definitely return
