Apartments in Province of Catanzaro

"I’m strongly recommended that property."

"Roomy third floor apartment located near shopping, grocery stores and the beach. The host was easily reached through VRBO or WhatsApp with timely responses. Comfortably safe area to walk around after dark. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. There is a washing machine but clothes need to be hung out on provided drying racks. If traveling to Soverato by bus, follow the directions given by the host as we did not and ended a up walking well out of our way. We would absolutely stay there again."

"Situé dans une résidence sécurisé, parking, en hauteur vue sur la baie exceptionnelle. Confort correct, lave linge, lave vaisselle ..Cabine de douche trop petite...."

"Great view and weather"

"The property is nothing like it seems in the picture. You are in a very old and remote area. You don't have any type of view except of what likes like a dessert. The apartment itself is very old and dated, as is the furniture. It's also very small and you are very far from everything. I would not recommend."

"The apartment was very clean, at ground level, and a few steps from the beach and other amenities."

"The location was excellent after arriving from a long trip from North America. Property was exactly as shown in the pictures and Pasquale was an excellent host."
