"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. "It was second time we selected this location to stay a couple of days in Piedmont. Appartement ist equipped with love and here you will find all you need for vacation. Environment is very beautiful for hiking or driving around to taste different wines "

"Property was just as listed. It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Elena met us as we drove up and explained everything to us about the property. Had a wine tasting in the cellar of the house and we were very impressed with the whole affair. Would recommend the property to anyone wanting to visit the area."

"Much better than expected. The Mulino had all the amenities we could wish for. Yes it is quite remote but that is part of the attraction. Cortemillia is nearby with 2 supermarkets, a couple of bars and restaurants and a market on Friday. The Langhe is superb and we will certainly return."

"We absolutely felt comfortable in this lovingly restored home near the center of La Morra. Pino and his wife were amazing hosts, met us when we arrived and he was even able to save us a parking space near the house to make it easier to unload our bags. Everything was absolutely clean and comfortable along with small comforts such as snacks for morning, coffee, and little touches like a chocolate on the pillow and dog bowls for our small dog. "Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatta. La camera è minimalista ma dotata di ogni comfort, il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale. La terrazza, ampia e potenzialmente molto piacevole, purtroppo risulta trascurata e abbandonata. Lo staff è stato sempre accogliente e cortese. La colazione è davvero ottima: varia, abbondante e con opzioni anche senza glutine. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. L’unica vera nota negativa riguarda la pulizia: molta polvere in camera e nessun intervento di pulizia durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio. "
