"My room was very spacious, the bathroom as well. The rooms have air conditioning, which makes them very comfortable and lets you sleep well at night, The rooms have large windows and are bright and inviting. Black-out curtains help you sleep at night. From my room on the ninth floor I could watch the activities at the airport down below, where lots of smaller private planes arrived and were prepared for their next flight. That was very interesting and entertaining."

"We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. "We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well.
