"We had an amazing time in Babaras and Massimos house. Highly recommend to stay in this cozy house, with a nice pool and great hosts. They will alleyways available to help and had good recommendations for us."

"The accommodation is very well located, not far from the port but just far enough to be quiet. It also makes it easy to visit the island. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. The terrace is a real advantage and it offers a very beautiful view. The owner is very responsive and was very helpful with arrival and departure. A very good address on the Island of Ponza."

"My family really enjoyed our stay in this property. Armando, the property manager, is a great host. He gave us really useful suggestions about places to visit and activities to do in the surrounding area. We visited Rome, went to the beach in Sabaudia and enjoyed the Cori countryside. The property was in excellent condition, very clean and with an excellent Wi-Fi. The swimming pool was also quite relaxingm The check-in and check-out were stress free. I would strongly recommend this property to...

"Lovely place! Very welcoming, friendly hosts. Comfortable beds and extremely kid friendly with lots of toys etc. They thought of everything. We only stayed one night as a quick stop over but wish we were able to stay longer. We will be back!"

È in una posizione strategica per vedere quanto di bello offre il Lazio e la vicina Campania. Noi siamo andati anche alla reggia di Caserta e a Pompei ed Ercolano. "This was our first trip to Sezze and could not have asked for a nicer host or setting. This farmhouse is for anyone who wants a beautiful rustic rental. It was very clean and Marco and his family could not have been more accommodating. I asked them for the impossible and they came through. The recommendations for food were spot on and we really hated to leave. This is a must place to stay in Sezze! "

"The location is fantastic for someone wanting to get away and relax; to enjoy the Italian sunshine and gorgeous waters/beach. The property is gorgeous and the staff very polite. English is limited, so good to use a translation app. Lots of stairs and no elevator do not for someone with mobility issues. The hotel is also a bit remote, so if using taxi only to get to town - the costs can add up. Approx $20 EU each way and $40 EU to the train station. Highly recommend if you just want to unwind for a few days!"

"We stayed here about 30 years ago and enjoyed it. No change this time !!!! Room was classic (not modern). Beds a little firm. Balcony view was beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and staff very pleasant. Does have a lift so that was very helpful with our luggage. Overall a great stay and value."
