"If I could give this property 10 stars I would..it was absolutely spectacular. The panoramic view of the sea from the terrace was stunning and we made a lot of use of the mini- pool on the terrace. There is a wonderful covered terrace with a table and chairs and an outdoor shower as well as one inside so you can look at the sea while showering!!!!. We didnt use the BBQ or pizza oven but they were great features to have. Livia the owner had already sent us a welcoming email with useful tips on...

"We felt very much at home in this little stone house, it has plenty of space for our family of 3. The location is great for the sandy beaches on the Ionian coast but also the rocky Adriatic coast is easy reachable within 1h. The town has plenty of restaurants which are in walking distance from the house. Tiziano and his family were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had a good time immersing in Italian culture and would recommend the house to anyone wanting a simple and comfortable...

Met by Gabriella whose English is perfect and who explained how everything worked and made local recommendations. The owner, Alessandro, popped by during the week (bringing local pastries!) to say hello and check everything was ok. The provisions left for us were beyond expectations....wine, beer, milk, soft drinks, a fruit bowl, breakfast items, tea, coffee, biscuits, snacks, pasta,...

"Posizione strategica vicino al centro, ci si sposta in macchina ma è tutto vicinissimo, oasi di pace all’interno della pineta. Difficile fare il bagno se c’è tramontana, meglio recarsi in altre spiagge, ma per un tuffo la scogliera privata è stupenda. Gestione efficiente e cordiale, torneremo sicuramente."
