"If you love a nice college campus and don't need all lux of some fancy hotel, this is your spot. It was minimal in a really nice way. Location was just minutes from Limerick's inner city area. Campus is beautiful and staff super friendly. Laundry room is clean and everything works very easily. I will definitely be staying here next time I travel to the area."

We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. We were assured by Justin that the new location would be better: more room, a big backyard, etc. Upon checking in, it was bigger, but certainly not better. "There were 4 adults in our group and it was very nice that we all had our own room. We felt safe here with the secure location. The instructions to enter and leave the property were very good and easy to follow. David was very responsive to any questions that I had. We all had a nice and comfortable stay."

"Nice spacious place but there was no air conditioning and no fans, no air circulation and a very hot uncomfortable sleep. I also did not receive check in information and the phone number provided did not work. I had to contact Expedia help for them to contact the owner to send the check in passwords. Decent place, but I would stay somewhere else."
