Hotel location was great, on the main street, Commercial Strret, about 15mins walk to centre. Room was lovely and clean with a great view out to the ocean. Parking perfect. Welcome was luke warm but staff next morning were friendly. Breakfast limited for mu gluten free diet but still I had more than enough to eat.

I took my girlfriend for the first time to Provincetown and we stayed at the Surfside. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the ocean view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely come back again!

The property is located by the beach. I upgraded to a beachside room, and it was worth the stay. It was pleasant to listen to the waves at night and in the morning, and be steps away from the beech to enjoy the natural environment. The cleaning could have been improved. There was a cleaning bottle left in my room, and that is a hazard for small children to reach. A man came in unannounced to fix our air conditioning filter, we should have been notified. He said he wasn’t aware anyone was in the room. The breakfast wasn’t available until 8am, which is late for most hotels. Especially when a young child is awake early or if there are early excursions. Otherwise the stay was pleasant , and the hotel staff was helpful.
