"The house comes with everything we needed. The kitchen is well equiped and the gas fireplace was very cosy. The small fenced backyard was fine for letting the dog out in the morning without having to gear up to go out. It is an easy walk to downtown for dinner and short drive to all the ocean you could ever want!"

"Upon arrival we noticed the upstairs hot water faucet was without a handle and taped with painters tape. I assume that you are aware. That sink drains very slowly as well. No extra paper towels and no kleenex. Cold air getting in around the window a/c upstairs was a bit uncomfortable. Blankets on the be would have been helpful. "This is a very nice condo, new, with all the upgrades expected in a new property. The interior was immaculate and there was also an outside grill, Alexa with unlimited music, and even a roof deck with a view of the ocean. I highly recommend this location."

Nice 10-15 minute stroll into the center of bustling Commercial St. Would suggest arriving before dark to get to the parking area which was a bit hard to find but totally convenient being only a 3 minute walk away."

"The place is great. Good location and pet friendly. The only issue was that I think it had been cleaned but then vacant for a while. It was a bit musty, had some water on the kitchen counter when I arrived, and there were some insects in the bathroom that a refresh cleaning before I arrived would have taken care of. When I reached out to management, they were very responsive and sent a crew to clean."

"This place is in an ideal location - less than 2 blocks from commercial street but so quiet you can hear crickets at night. Also super close to Stop and Shop if you want to pick up groceries. The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Overall great place to stay."

"This is a nice location, with clean rooms. There is a murphy bed, which honestly was very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to fold it away. The room was very spacious and clean, and it is definitely a benefit to have a mini kitchen in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped to be able to make breakfast (stove, pans, coffee machine, microwave). We stayed in May which for us was great as the whole place was quiet and relaxed"
