OVER THE RIVER AND THROUGH THE WOODS
This property, offered by Stewart Mountain Lodging, comes with access to other amenities and many additional properties nearby.
Off the main Alpine Loop onto a dirt road, over the river and through the woods will get you to a place you will want to call home and never leave.
Hiking trails are right out the front door, and you are completely surrounded by unspoiled nature. The North Fork stream runs year round just below the property and can be enjoyed from the deck, master bedroom and dining room, or down a short, adventurous trail to cast your line and soak your feet.
A perfect combination of rustic and charm, designed with rough wood and natural elements, this cabin offers unique, chic, finishing details for the ultimate mountain-stay experience. Outdoor enthusiasts will be thrilled with the many opportunities just outside the front door: hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, horseback riding, mountain biking, and fishing, just to name a few.
For those looking for a more relaxing kind of soul therapy, Conifer Creek provides everything you could ask for -- sitting under the stars, mesmerized by the flames of a campfire, lounging on the deck, taking in the sounds and sights of nature -- the rustling of trees, the rushing of the stream.
Flitting hummingbirds, playful squirrels, wild turkeys, moose, deer, and elk have been known to visit. When it gets cool outside, enjoy the embracing warmth of the indoor, stone fireplaces. (Or watch TV or surf the internet, if you must.) These are just a few options enjoyed by visitors.
Conifer Creek is a perfect, secluded venue for weddings, yoga retreats, corporate and family gatherings, therapeutic rest, and a getaway for writers, artists or anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful escape.

This was our second time staying at the cabin and as Always it was amazing! Very clean and perfect location in the fall trees. We will definitely be back
I loved every minute of our time in this cabin. I was blown away by the stunning views and could have spent hours just looking out the windows. Everyone is our group was comfortable and sad when it was time to leave. Thank you for letting us stay and this amazing property.
We could not have been happier staying in this beautiful and cozy cabin. We loved arriving back from our day’s adventure to this wonderful spot. The decor is perfect. Everything you need is there. Everyone at Stewart Mountain Lodging was so accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough.
The cabin was such a beautiful experience along with the more than understanding staff whenever I reached out before & during our stay then got back to me right away. The hallow was just the cherry on top of the overall experience for my kids to to be able to use the zip line over the snow & creek. Fun Fun, Fun !!!
I was surprised at how nice this cabin was. The picture of the front does not do it justice. Everything from the linens to the cleanliness to the rocking chairs on the patio. It was the most comfortable time and I did not want to leave and wanted to extend my stay. I cannot wait to go back. I would go back tomorrow if I didn’t have to work. a bit hard to find in the dark but well worth it
We stayed at this cozy cabin for a long winter weekend and it was amazing. The cabin is perfect! It’s exactly as described online but better. The pictures really don’t capture how awesome it is. All the rooms were comfy and clean and had their own views. We loved sitting out in the hot tub at night after playing in the snow all day. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having the fireplace going while we hung out on the main level. The view of the river from the dining room was perfect. We were greeted by the friendliest property managers with treats when we arrived (in a snow storm even!). They were always quick to answer any questions we had. We can’t wait to stay here again! Highly recommend!
Each year the girls in my extended family get together for a weekend getaway. This year we chose Sundance as our main location and found this cute cabin to rent. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Such a cute cabin nestled into the beautiful mountains around Sundance. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet getaway themselves.
Our party of 8 adults had a great stay celebrating my husbands birthday. Plenty of room for all of us. The views were incredible. We felt like we were off the grid. Lots of wildlife sightings. Cozy with the freshly fallen snow outside. Highly recommend
The cabin was so cozy. The basement was an added extra cozy space to hangout in. We hope to come back in the summer and fall. Having groceries delivered and set up for us was the way to go and made it so convenient. We loved everything about the cabin.
Beautiful cabin located in a beautiful forested area.
The cabin had everything we needed and plenty of room. My family and I enjoyed the beautiful suroundings of nature, including deer, squirrels, Bluejays, various flora and pine trees galore. The cabin is conveniently located near various recreational activities. There is a BYU lazertag and escape room located nearby that created a bit of noise at times. However, overall, it was an amazing vacation!
This cabin is one of my favorites to stay in! Well built and has everything you would need for your stay! Beds were super comfortable too. Future renters just keep in mind that most of the cabins in Sundance do not have or use an A/C, so it can get a little toasty pending on the time of year you rent, however, there were several fans available for use which helped. The only advice I’d offer to the owner is to have extra towels available (especially for us girls). Overall it was a great stay and I hope to return in the future.

Loved this Cabin, Enjoy Nature and Free your mind
We had a terrific time at the cabin at Conifer Creek. We were looking for a cabin in the woods to relax and unwind after several days of hiking in the National Parks of Utah. The cabin has a beautiful stream flowing below and amazing scenery, it's just what we were hoping for. We all had our own space and yet were together. The hot tub was a huge hit with the family and soft comfy robes were provided as well...it was nice to visit a home that felt like home. We loved the decorations and the beds were super comfy. We also visited the Sundance area not far from the cabin and enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the grill and we ziplined one day...whew what an awesome experience. Thank you again for providing everything at the cabin to cook with and a few extras.

Fabulous!
Loved every minute (we stayed over a month!) at this house. Fantastic location, secluded, a stream rushing by, hummingbirds, hot tub, cabin-like house perfectly outfitted ... so wonderful, we really hated to leave this slice of heaven. Hiking trails right off the property. Stewart Mountain Lodging makes it so easy and welcoming. From what they do with the welcome basket, tickets to special events, and everything in-between to picking up the trash every week ... all the people were great ... no need was not answered and taken care of. These "Stewart Mountain" people know the value of customer service. Great place to stay, would highly recommend it ... and we would never come to Sundance area without checking in and staying with Stewart Mountain Lodging. Many accolades to hard work of Brad, Vickie and all her family.

Wish I Could Wake up Here Every Morning!
My husband and I took our ten-year-old child up to Sundance for a quick getaway and couldn't have been happier with the cabin we chose. I was a bit apprehensive to book at first because I thought it may be too far removed and inaccessible. It was not; we had no trouble getting to the cabin on the well-maintained, short dirt road. We were able to do the full moon lift ride at the resort as the cabin is very close to all the resort amenities.
As for the cabin itself, it was perfect. The master bedroom is a great sanctuary-tucked away in the basement with an amazing view of the stream. I wish I could wake up to that view every morning! The kitchen was well stocked and had all the essentials we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The basement had a great area to relax, watch a movie or play a game with kids.
In all, I will be back for many more weekends in this home. I can't wait for the winter so I can enjoy the views of the snow.
We loved the privacy of the cabin but also the closeness to town and restaurants, etc for a great time of solitude when we wanted and being out and about when we wanted. We will be back!
