"I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. This is not correct! Please check with the owner and recheck your records and you will see that I did, in fact, call and cancel on April 18th, 2024."

"The staff at the counter to check us in were very courteous. We were given directions to eating places for our choice. We had a room on the main floor which was convenient for our age and limitations. Excellent experience "
